Z tłumaczeniem tytułów i stanowisk na polski zawsze mam problem. Zwłaszcza, że czasami nie ma idealnego odpowiednika. Posłużyłem się hasłem z Wikipedii, do którego zalinkowano przy opisie Frobishera:

Jeżeli dobrze rozumiem, Permanent Secretary pozostaje na stanowisku nawet po zmianie rządu.
Minister w UK to raczej Cabinet Minister, albo po prostu minister.
Czuję, że Capaldi będzie dobrym Doktorem. Na bank lepszym od Smitha, którego po prostu nie znoszę. Czy lepszym od Tennanta albo Ecclestona? Trudno powiedzieć.
